NEW Legislation: No man or woman shall be qualified to serve during the office of Main Justice or Justice on the Supreme Court Except the person is possibly: (A) a training attorney licensed from the State of Texas for a minimum of ten decades; or (B) a training attorney accredited while in the Stat
